Einen herrlichen Blick auf Mykonos-Stadt garantiert die etwas erhöhte Lage in der Nähe der "Schule der Schönen Künste". Allerdings liegt das Haus auch direkt an einer viel befahrenen Umgehungsstraße.

An der gepflegten Poolanlage ist das Tragen von Badebekleidung freigestellt, hier befindet sich auch eine Poolbar (wo auch kleinere Mahlzeiten serviert werden). Am Pool gibt es auch das leckere hausgemachte Frühstück. Gelegentlich finden hier Events statt. Rund um die Anlage ist ein Garten angepflanzt, es gibt Terrassen zum Sonnenbaden mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Ein Fitnessclub ist ganz in der Nähe.

Zimmer und Studios haben jeweils mit Bad oder Dusche/WC, Balkon oder Terrasse, Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, Internetanschluss, Telefon, Minibar, Mietsafe. Studios sind geräumiger und haben zusätzlich Deckenventilator.

Appartments sind ausgestattet wie die o.g. Kategorien, haben aber jew. 2 Badezimmer, eine Stereoanlage und voll ausgestattete Küche (mit großem Kühlschrank, Herd/Ofen). Es gibt einen großen Esstisch und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereicht.

Die Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ist ansonsten ausgestattet wie ein Appartment, hat zusätzlich noch eine Waschmaschine.

Studio Tholos: Spacious one-room studio for 2 persons: Vault ceiling, fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area with table, air-conditioning, sofa bed, king size bed, large satellite TV, large wardrobes and private bathroom with shower. Large unit with lots of light, front & back terraces, view to the sea and sunset.

Studio Cleopatra: Spacious one-room studio for up to 3 persons: semi-basement with own entrance and garden view.
Large unit decorated in white and light colors is open plan with fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area with table, air-conditioning, sofa bed, king size bed, large satellite TV, large wardrobes and private bathroom with bath. Small private patio with garden furniture.

All Apartments: 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms with double or king size beds. Air-conditioning, direct-dial telephone, Internet connection (for own laptop only), large colour satellite TV and private electronic safe. Apartments have fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, stove/oven, large fridge with freezer, large colour satellite TV, dining table and sofa bed. Each unit has either balcony or terrace. All bedrooms decorated in white and light colors and have gardenviews. All Apartments with outdoor dining settings. 

Apartments (Danai / Maya) are bi-level with: 2 bedrooms in cooler lower level connecting with large veranda. Completely independent with ensuites and fitted wardrobes. One Apartment (Erato) on Lower level with 2 bedrooms (one of which can accommodate 3 persons): separate full-size kitchen, dining & sitting area. 

Villa Kiveli: Semi detached bungalow-type building with large private veranda (with outdoor dining settings), close to mainentrance. Beautiful large living room with lots of light, front & back terraces, view to the sea and sunset. 2 bedrooms on the lower level with king size beds. Air-conditioning, direct-dial telephone, internet connection (for own laptop only), large colour satellite TV, HI-FI stereo and private electronic safe.
